At DanSmoke our priorities have always been product safety and quality over everything else and we take both issues very serious.
Here are a few examples from our six year history:
Since we started DanSmoke in 2012 we have sold millions of e-cigarettes to consumers in Europe and never had a single battery leakage or explosion reported to us.
We never had any customer report a serious health issue from vaping our e-liquids or even an allergic reaction.
Of our hundreds of employees in the factories not a single one have ever had an injury or accident.
What exactly is the TPD?
TPD is a Tobacco Products Directive from 2014/14/EU which presents the guidelines for nicotine-containing e-cigarettes and refill containers (article 20). The directive is made to guarantee the standards for the security and quality of all the products that are used for vaping. The fundamental objective of these regulations is to promote product security.
The rules introduced by TPD ensure:
- Minimum standards for the safety and quality of all e-cigarettes and refill containers (otherwise known as e-liquids).
- That information is provided to consumers so that they can make informed choices.
- An environment that protects children from starting to use these products.

Are DanSmoke products TPD compliant?
Yes, we are fully compliant - and we have been for many years already.
We were the first company in the industry to introduce age verification in the order process already in 2012 many years before it was being enforced by the authorities.
We test all our products internally thoroughly and in independent laboratories for quality testing, before we offer them to consumers. We also test all products on human beings and never on any animals.
