You changed your mind and you think the best option is to return the product? No problem, we offer a 30-day rights of return on any product purchased from our webshop. If you have registered to our Loyalty Program and got the starter kit already – you have also 14 days to return it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer return options for the subsequent deliveries.

In order to ensure that you can return your products and receive your refund as fast as possible, we kindly ask that you follow these steps when returning a product:

Webshop orders

  1. Contact customer support and let us know that you want to return a product. We answer e-mails within 24 hours.
  2. Customer support will send you an e-mail letting you know how to return your product.
  3. When we receive your returned product, we will contact you and request information about how to refund your purchase.


We will refund the price of the product as it was, when you purchased it. It may take up to 30 days to process your refund. You bear the responsibility for returning the product, including shipping cost and the condition of the products.

We regrettably cannot refund the cost of a returned product if:

  • the product is damaged.
  • the product has been used.
  • the product is not in a condition suitable for re-sale.

Loyalty Program deliveries

Please remember that only the starter kit comes with a right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel or pause your ongoing deliveries please:

  • use the options in your customer account to do so or
  • contact Customer Support and ask for guidance

Did you received a damaged or defect product?

Should you regrettable receive a product that is damaged or does not work correctly, please contact customer support to arrange to send the product back to us. We will verify that the product is damaged or defect, and we will send you a replacement product.

If we determine that the product is not defect, we will send it back to you, and you must cover the shipping cost.
