Welcome to our customer support page! We have gathered in this section all the information you might need about your DanSmoke® e-cigarettes experience. To make it easy for you to find what you’re looking for, we have divided our customer service into different units.

Our products are manufactured with the highest care and consideration for our customers’ safety. We test all our ingredients thoroughly and we conduct quality checks on the entire supply chain.All liquids are tested for purity of ingredients, the vapour is tested in certified laboratories in Europe for toxicity and impact on users health. We constantly work on improving the quality and performance of our battery.

If you have received a defective product, you can return it in 14 days from reception and you will be fully reimbursed.

If you want to know how to charge the battery, change the filters or if you have any additional questions about our products consult also the FAQ section. If your questions are still not answered, contact our customer service and one of our agents will guide you.

Contact customer support if:

  • you want to return a defective/unwanted product
  • you have issues with using the products that haven’t been covered by our website or FAQ section

Our central warehouse is located in the heart of Europe. All orders are shipped using the local postal service, that's why the delivery time might vary according to each country. Please keep in mind that if the package is subject to custom fees, the delivery might be delayed with 2-3 days due to customs processing.

We are trying as hard as possible to keep the delivery times short and to constantly improve, but don’t forget that during winter and during holiday seasons, normal delays might occur. In each case, you will be informed in time about the delivery situation of your package.

If you don’t receive the package after more than 10 working days after the confirmation email, please contact our customer support so we can assist you in finding it. If you do not contact us, we will assume you have received the package in time.

  • your order arrived in a damaged package, open
  • you received an order you didn’t place

Are you a member of the Loyalty Program?

You can adjust your deliveries, cancel or pause your membership whenever you want. Login into your personal account and choose the desired option. If you experience any difficulties you can contact our customer support.

We do not ask for any minimum period of commitment, but please notice that any delivery cancelation needs to be announced before the parcel is being dispatched from our warehouse. You can find in your personal account when is the next delivery scheduled so you can be sure you have canceled/paused before.

If you wish to postpone a delivery to another date or if you want your package faster than scheduled, you can make all the changes directly from your personal account.

Each change in the Loyalty Program and in the schedule of your deliveries will be confirmed in an email. If you do not receive any email, please check also your spam folder. Still nothing? Then contact us immediately to check out what happened.
